03 Account Registration

To access the full range of pph987 services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the pph987 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pph987 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: pph987 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure, subject to applicable law and prior notice to the registered email address.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pph987 Platform are subject to the following terms:

Deposits: Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. pph987 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.

08 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pph987.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pph987, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, system error, or service interruption.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

pph987's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data
